Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a black costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. His blue hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His eyes are white and catlike.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Melech liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Detective born in the past three hundred years. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: She got into the Detective business at a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cloak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cloak. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available she will default to her axe. Her tied-back hair is black. She has hazel eyes and a black hat with a grey feather.

Personality: Shautha is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shautha grew up listening to her father's many stories. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
