Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Birel will drive conversation. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born in the south. Birel was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Birel decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
