Through the years after Ortegar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: Paymon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
