History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Quick learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hobart studied abroad. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with her brother
