History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Aura and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Jarana speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'0" when asserting himself. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thorin embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This slender man stands about 4'4". He wears just a brown suit. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Ghûra wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in the east to a Spy, Ghûra learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to prove his worth to the world
