Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

She did whatever it took for her to survive. Recently the stress of being a Guard has made it difficult for her to sleep.
