Description: This slender man stands about 3'6". He wears an entirely blue suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Cockaby was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Slave Trader they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: Panana hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Panana and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Description: She tends to wear a brown poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She carries a battered sickle and tarnished rapier as well. With bright chestnut hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Urshar abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To protect her home; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
