Description: This western man wears a white collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a red scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has shaved his head bald. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Tomi was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Tomi was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tomi decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
