Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Fabien was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Marshal. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fabien fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars, marred by teas. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Burgell liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a crush on the local healer

Description: She is typically in her Bookbinder uniform, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'6" when asserting herself. Her gray fur is greasy and uncared for. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: Standing 3'7", this man wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Eberdeb does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Eberdeb was born with his mother's beautiful face. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Butcher. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a very tight haircut. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
