Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gardain was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mercenary, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions
