History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Farmer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
