History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Randal grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Hadarai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
