History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Cecily was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cecily's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has styled his black crest well, parting it to the left. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When Shamash reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
