Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears baggy black pantaloons and a brown scarf. Her head has been shaved. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Through the years after Volen was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Volen's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valorean grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Through the years after Valorean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Valorean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a whip on her belt. She has dyed her greying red crest a little too much giving a sharp red color. Her half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kadana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This northern woman wears a green cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her crest, while still mostly green, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Daar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she feels threatened by others
