Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Howard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Howard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: 4'3" and muscular, this southern man wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and wants to work out more often

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and he perpetually has his axe ready. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and violet handkerchief worn on her left side. Her brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is content; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: 5'0" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a black coat with blue slacks. His black fur is smooth and relatively long. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Sun was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and dwarven compassion
