History: Born in the west to a Fortune-teller, Skak learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: This woman wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her white fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Great hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she has a crush on the local sculptor

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears suspenders and pastel workpants. Her shirt is yellow, and she wears a heavy pastel leather apron most of the time. Her brown fur is lengthy. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears bulky black painted plate armor. She has no hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She wants revenge against giants; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
