History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hethress grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hethress. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by unlife.

History: Baern was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Bowyer like his father before him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but she was a colossal failure. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Adventurer responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His crest is white and curly. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he wants revenge against brigands
