History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dagnal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 84. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
