He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Quick was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Healer. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
