Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his top brown hat.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thorin embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her white hair is thinning but still full. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Faral and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Shautha was born with her father's beautiful face. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and regain custody of her son
