Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Nogu has worked very hard to control her curse. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
