Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Being a Shipwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Gimgen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Map Maker and was forced into it by his family.
