Personality: Quilla speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
