History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During her travels, Shadow and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Shadow discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Shadow fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He has achieved small success as a Unemployed.

Description: An older woman who wears a worn and beaten armor, she is not a threatening figure. Her golden hair is lengthy. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Barkeep kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To protect her home; and a rival would like her out of the picture
