She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Ovak was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. After coming to the age of reason, Ovak took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
