History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Leucis was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Hunter. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Laborer. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
