Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a tan broad hat and tan clothes. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Born to a Gardener, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a red shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He became a Detective soon after.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars, and is pretty ugly. His hair is cut close to his head. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Abad took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: To be a Barrister again.

Personality: He is a Performer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Being a Guard kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
