History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Unemployed but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Oppleby and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and further expansion of business

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She tends to her Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has a crush on the local assassin
