Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Mugrunden was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mugrunden decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
