History: Calcitro hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Surina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Surina. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by lycanthropy.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.
