Description: This tall, slender man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Conrad grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. After months of barely getting by, Conrad managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Cumpen lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and doesn't want to be a scribe and was forced into it by her family

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His blue crest is lengthy. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Rathkran was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rathkran decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he has a crush on the local dilettante

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Humans. Her skin is light but she possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. She sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She sports brown long hair. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are likewise red.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. Aasathra is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Map Maker and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her absent mother
