After months of barely getting by, River managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
