History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Galiena lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Galiena was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Galiena's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
