History: She was born at the edge of vast island. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Shautha took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor she uses now. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
