Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cockaby will drive conversation. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
