Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stylist for the past few years.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Veloptima was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.
