Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft violet waves gently in the breeze. He has a very tight haircut. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. Her auburn hair is braided into rings. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Sarah will drive conversation. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. He wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scythe, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. He has a hunchback. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Delre lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: This malnourished woman wears a black costume with the symbols of strength on her torso. Her copper crest is smooth and relatively long. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rezena embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
