Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This late middle aged man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather and is in decent physical shape. His blue hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Astar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Astar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Astar. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: The child of a Healer, who enjoyed hunting, Gargax was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and doesn't want to be a laborer and was forced into it by his family
