History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rathkran grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: Born in the north to a Gardener, Eva learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Gardener work with an outfit from a few towns over. Gardener work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beatrice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and money/treasure

History: Hecat was born the youngest of three triplets. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
