History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Shamash was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with his Sage mother left him crippled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are red.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A freak accident while working with her Soapmaker father left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
