History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
