History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified.
