History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a trident on her belt. She keeps her blonde hair in a flapper bob. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pearl fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has decided he is irredeemable

His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Ar-Beka was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Ar-Beka was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ar-Beka's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Guard. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
