History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. Through the years after Forcas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Lucan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Lucan was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mayor. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
