Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She bought a axe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by her family; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: This woman stands a little under 6'3" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears bulky green painted plate armor. She wears her silver hair down. Her eyes are black.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Being a Mortician kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Mormog was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kugáluga grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kugáluga. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
