He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. History: Mindartis was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
