History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Pelt was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Pelt's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ugarth never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and a rival would like him out of the picture

She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Adrie was born with her father's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Tippletoe was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
