History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new gardener responsibilities is difficult

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Fortune-teller, but he got bored and became a Body Guard. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and balancing his hectic life and new body guard responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. The war was a terrible time for her, and Dara does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Dara was born with her father's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she loathes her own lifestyle
