After coming to the age of reason, Heather took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bounty Hunter, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Avelina never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She is a Ruler first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and to be a herbalist again
