History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Alvyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's in love; and he desires power and/or immortality
